Senior Recruiter

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to an international company in the Jönköping region. Remote work possible.


Assignment description
We are looking for a consultant with experience in recruitment to join our client recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for the recruitment process from start to finish. The task varies from collecting the request and requirements together with the recruiting manager, create job advertisement, search, selection of candidates, interview, feedback to candidates and the hiring process. During the recruitment process you are responsible for communicating with the recruiting manager and others involved in order to proceed with suitable candidates.

Required skills
- Experience with recruitment for at least 6+ years
- Experience with competency based recruitment
- Fluency in Swedish and English



Preferred skills:
- Experience with IT recruitment


This is a full-time consultancy position through Incluso in the Jönköping Area, please note remote work is possible 100%. Start is ASAP until Dec 31st.
