Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter/Researcher with primary responsibility to lead our teams towards new challenges ahead and focus on advancing the electric propulsion technology development.
What you'll do:
● Proactively identifying, matching, and selecting the most qualified candidates.
● Deliver an excellent candidate experience that will lead us to becoming the employer of choice.
● Accountable for full life cycle recruitment and act as an advisor, partner with Hiring Managers to support current and future needs.
● Ensure a full understanding of recruitment requirements and build and maintain a pool of key talents.
● Engage continuously to secure candidate involvement and a strong pipeline for upcoming recruitments.
● Attracting the right talent globally by proactively sourcing, searching and connecting with people around the world.
● Ensure that we hire top talent whose values are in line with our culture by screening, interviewing, and conducting psychometric tests.
Who you are:
● Flexible and enjoys changes as you will be working in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment.
● Candidate must possess University degree in HR or equivalent along with at least 5 years of experience in recruitment/search, preferably within SW Engineering, Tech or IT.
● Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills of English language.
● It will be meritorious if you have experience in proactive search and have worked in a global environment.
● We also see experience and certifications in psychometric tests as qualifying.
