For a company located in Huskvarna we are looking for a Senior Recruiter.
Assignment description


We are looking for a consultant with experience in recruitment to join the client recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for the recruitment process from start to finish. The task varies from collecting the request and requirements together with the recruiting manager, create job advertisement, search, selection of candidates, interview, feedback to candidates and the hiring process. During the recruitment process you are responsible for communicating with the recruiting manager and others involved in order to proceed with suitable candidates.

Required skills
- Experience with recruitment for at least 5 years
- Experience with competency based recruitment

Preferred skills:
- Experience with IT recruitment


Working language: Swedish and English


This is a full-time consultancy position through Incluso in Huskvarna. Start: January 4th and 6 months contract to begin with and then good possibilities of extension.
