Are you an experienced Recruiter looking for new challenges? Do you have an excellent ability to communicate and are you a multi-tasking team-player? We are looking for a Senior Recruiter for our customer, a leading airline company in the Nordics! To start with this is a consulting opportunity until the end of year 2021, the contract starting ASAP with the possibility for an extension.

 

About the role:

As a Senior Recruiter you will drive the entire hiring process; sourcing, interviewing, and closing top service talent, while working on improving the way the company attract and recruit and retain top talent. You will be part of Talent Acquisition Centre of Expertise which is a cornerstone in the company´s strategy to secure the right capabilities to fuel our transformation journey.

In this role you will manage full life cycle recruiting process end-2-end from initial briefing to offer stage. Build strong partnerships with the business area you support and candidates to drive client and candidate satisfaction through an efficient process well managed mainly specialist and middle management. You will work closely with the HR partners and hiring manager, supporting them throughout the whole process and provide service excellence in the recruitment field.

 

You will also be the subject matter expert for the hiring managers you support around our internal ATS system and recruitment process effectiveness. Managing track progress continuously in the process you are responsible for and update relevant information in our ATS system and ensure an agile and efficient way of work.

Your profile:

Requirements:

• Several years of experience of working with recruitment end-2-end with a wide variety for recruitment assignments.
• Experience from working in an inhouse recruitment department of RPO is a merit.
• Experience partnering and influencing Hiring Managers and HR partners throughout the recruiting cycle.
• Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Profound experience of managing of recruitment assessment solutions.
• Several years of experience and certified user of Aon´s assessment solutions
• Experience of working in several ATS system and specifically experience in working with SuccesFactors ATS system is a meriting.
