Job description
Are you an experienced recruiter who is used to working independently with the entire recruitment process. We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to help supporting our new client based in Malmö. Due to current restriction, work is to be home-based at this point, but a few trips to the office in Malmö will be required. Start of the assignment will be as soon as possible, but no later than 1st of May!

Responsibilities
As a Senior recruiter you are responsible for managing and executing the recruitment strategy for vacancies which are entrusted to you. This goes from defining and implementing an appropriate sourcing and recruitment plan to advising on the possible optimization of the selection and recruitment process. A few of the daily task would be:
providing input on and executing the sourcing strategy
screening the candidates (from resume screening, taking tests on personality and reasoning ability to first telephone screening)
scheduling and conducting video and face to face interviews
maintaining the ATS system
preparation of reports after phone screening and interview
partnering and keeping contact with hiring managers and any HR community throughout the business
participating in projects within recruitment and selection (social media, internal mobility, etc.)
development and maintenance of an active talent pool
expanding a personal network in the sector
Working hours
The assignment is 3 months with a chance of extension.
Qualifications
Strong track record within the recruitment industry
Experience working on a client site is desirable
You are able to work independently and have a self-starting kind of mindset
Complete fluency in Swedish and English
Strong stakeholder management experience
