Senior Recruiter/Researcher in Stockholm

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of an Senior Recruiter/Researcher with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment life cycle. You will serve as an advisor, collaborating with Hiring Managers to support current and future needs, and ensuring a thorough understanding of their recruitment needs. You will create and maintain a pool of key talents, engaging with them on a regular basis to ensure candidate involvement and a strong pipeline for future recruitments.


Your responsibilities will include proactively sourcing, searching, and connecting with people all over the world to attract the right talent. You will also screen, interview, and administer psychometric tests to ensure that we hire top talent whose values align with our culture.




Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
You must have a university degree in human resources or an equivalent to be successful in this role.
We expect you to have at least 3 years of recruitment/search experience, preferably in SW Engineering, Tech, IT, or Cyber Security.
A suitable background would be that of an established top recruiter from a well-known search firm. It is advantageous if you have prior experience with proactive search and have worked in a global setting.
Experience and certification in psychometric tests are also considered qualifying.
Competence and experience are essential, but personality is everything! We are looking for someone who is passionate and engaged, who wants to be a part of developing our processes and who wants to exceed expectations in terms of delivery.
Because we work with many different stakeholders on a global scale while meeting sometimes tight deadlines, you must have high integrity, strong communication, and cooperation skills.
Furthermore, because we work in a fast-paced and sometimes demanding environment, you must be extremely business and performance oriented.
