As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for strategic personnel planning and implementation in Sweden, Norway and Finland.
Cerner Sweden has seen very large growth over the past two years, and we strive to expand our presence in the Nordic region. In the role of HR Business Partner, you will, among other things, develop a multi-year personnel plan for the Nordic region. The plan shall include learning and development, performance management, compensation, employment and staff costs. You will also work on highlighting exceptional work efforts.
Reporting to the Director of International HR, you will have a central role in employee engagement and act as a trusted advisor to management, something that requires both a rich measure of emotional intelligence and an understanding of the business. You will collaborate with our competence centers in the USA and Europe within HR, CFOs and other leaders within Cerner to develop and pursue personnel strategies.
As a senior HR Business Partner, you will drive the strategic and tactical interaction between HR and the business. You will also be responsible for personnel projects at company level as well as regionally and locally.
Location: Gothenburg. Travel will be required to our offices in Lund and Stockholm and other Nordic locations as determined by business growth.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Psychology or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 5 years HR generalist work experience
At least 3 years Employment Law experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with a US-based company
Swedish / Finnish language is beneficial
Expectations
Willing to work overtime or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
Ability to travel occasionally (up to 25%)
