Our IT unit supports this journey by driving digitalization, new ways of (digital) working and customer focused deliveries for the whole Vattenfall group. Gathering data on customer experience, analyze them and derive better services from it, is our part of the IT value creation.
We are looking for a Senior Reporting Analyst IT Customer Satisfaction which supports our great team as Reporting Analyst in IT Service Management in Berlin, Hamburg, Amsterdam, Stockholm or Katowice.
Your role
To support our delivery organization and enable an efficient international cooperation, IT Service Management sets the scene and maintains the commercial prerequisites. You will contribute actively by providing all needed data and assure the correctness of delivered information. You will work with modern analytical and reporting tools and be end-to-end responsible for the master data connected to Customer Experience.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Create and maintain data models for customer satisfaction measurement
Prepare master data and update business services in order to run the surveys
Connect service delivery qualities with customer satisfaction measurement, develop underlaying KPIs and structure the information delivery process end-to-end
Ensure proper data analysis to support the surrounding IT processes and stakeholder
Hands-on development of PowerBI reports, making data easily accessible for management users through dashboard and report automation
Cooperate with Service Desk, Client Services, System Managers and SPOCs to drive process quality to the next level

Qualifications
Your profile
As our Senior Reporting Analyst IT Customer Satisfaction you are dedicated to facts and figures. You will bring value to our IT organization by providing reliable information and reporting. You are open minded and communicative with a strong customer orientation. You want to go the extra mile to satisfy our business stakeholders – the mission of IT Service Management.

Next to this you bring:
IT or business administration graduate with first work experience OR
Reporting analyst with 5 year professional experience in the field of data analysis, business intelligence, visualizations or the creation of reports and dashboards
project management basics, preferable lead own assignments and projects
Strong analytical thinking, you successfully worked with data, statistics and simulations
Work independently and with own initiative
Experience with MSO products, development tools, automation and analytics, e.g., VBA, SQL, HTML, skills in PowerBI
Fluency in written and spoken English; German or Swedish would be advantageous
