Senior Research Engineer

As Research Engineer you will be responsible for:
Uphold Group policies, guidelines, and values
Manage and coordinate R&I projects and tasks with the focus on technical depth and coordination between competence areas both locally and globally
Have a broad perspective to account for both process capabilities and product properties in development as well as the customer application demands
Develop new project ideas and innovation proposals
Participate in technical customer meetings when applicable

Personality, Qualifications & Experience
We believe that you have:
Required academic qualifications
Documented multi-year experience of similar tasks and responsibilities
Good cooperation skills
Good knowledge in English
Good general IT skills such as MS office

Authority
Manage projects according to project budget and set priorities
Manage agreed research programs with external partners

The position is placed at Gränges Finspång AB, Finspång Sweden and you will report to the Manager for Product Development and Strategic Competence within Gränges Finspång AB
