The post holder will have strong analytic, methodological and communication skills. A background in policy, whether through research or in practice, in each of in some or all of the above fields would also be an advantage. The position holder has to be productive and cooperative and enjoy both solo work and team work. All SIPRI staff are expected to have a commitment to SIPRI’s values and mission, and to contribute to the life of the institute.
