Senior Resource Administrator, Group Functions IT, Stockholm

As a Senior Resource Administrator you will give qualitative administrative service and support to the Head of Resource Management. You are an important contact point and provide assistance in a wide range of tasks in an efficient and service minded way. 
 
The position provides a very good understanding of Nordea, IT as well as strategic, tactical & operational execution in a changing and interesting environment both on GF, Group Corporate Centre (GCC) and on Nordea Group level. 
 
Group Functions IT is part of Group Corporate Centre and is a division responsible for the full IT value chain in Nordea Group Functions. We have the responsibility for development, maintenance and operations of all IT applications in Group Functions. We team up across the Nordea value chain with our 300+ employees in four countries and 1000+ consultants representing our professional global partners, mostly in India. 
 The position we offer

You will be administratively responsible for driving smaller change initiatives mostly within Resource Management but also assisting other units with service. In addition you will also track the process for control and quality of the on boarding of external consultants.
 
Since it is a dynamic team you will also be asked to provide input on different improvements regarding resource processes and procedures. 
 
It is also expected that you are able to take ownership of smaller and larger initiatives, such as leading new and old requesters through the on boarding process and supporting in the maturation of the on boarding process. 
 
The main working language is both English and Swedish; advanced English skills in spoken, written and reading is therefore required. 
 The qualifications you need

You have the ability to work independently with little supervision and you are flexible around working hours. You are good at working under considerable time pressure, tight deadlines and in strong cooperation with others. You are an advanced user of MS Office Programs (excel, word, power point) including Clarity, SharePoint and other IT equipment. 
 
We expect that you have both resource management experience, as well as administrative experience and a high level of proficiency in planning organisational work tasks and meetings, including re-prioritisation, valuing accuracy and timelines. You also have the ability to maintain harmonious working relations at all levels. 
 
You have excellent communication skills in English as well as interpersonal skills. We expect that you have a good ability to drive your day to day work according with compliance to Nordea Processes. Given the sensitivity of some of the matters you will handle, you also have high personal integrity.
