Our Exciting Opportunity
Our unit is currently working with mmWave HW design for Ericsson’s 5G products. We are looking for a senior RF/Microwave HW designer to develop our next generation mmWave products.
Your role will include all development activities such as: requirement analysis, system design, architecture design, hardware design and simulations.
You will also be working on Product Lifecycle Management support and product documentation. Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working.
We are organized in cross-functional development teams with members with different background and nationalities. It is an excellent opportunity for you to work with the state of art technology and shaping the future of the mobile industry.
You will
• Perform continuous requirement handling
• Develop and test high-quality RF/mmWave HW
• Perform troubleshooting and customer support
• Drive continuous improvements of products and processes
• Develop competence in your technical domain
• Report to the Manager Radio Design 2
To be successful in the role you must have
• Ms. SC electrical engineering or equivalent
• Min 7 years of relevant experience
• Domain experience: RF/Microwave HW design, HW test and validation, Simulations and schematics and PCB design tools
• Product development knowledge and Product Lifecycle Management knowledge
• Business understanding
• Willingness to work in an international and dynamic environment.
• Ability to Innovate, adapt and respond to change
• Ability to deliver results and meeting customer expectations
• Planning and organizing skills
