Senior RF Hardware Design Engineer

Your responsibilities will be; - Responsible for the base station transceiver RF circuit design, modeling, prototyping, trimming and deliver the design to factory. - Responsible for follow a branch of the RF component trends, choose and introduce new components for the design. - Keep track on the RF technical trend, introduce new technology into the circuit design in time. - Responsible for the cost and performance of the target circuit. Qualification; - You have more than 5 years experience of base station RF circuit design, skilled in work with ADS, Microwave office or similar simulation tool. - You have experiences in handle signal at least to 3GHz, and got very strong competence in handling at lest on category of circuit (for example: PA). - You have experience in production and high volume product oriented design - You have good knowledge and experience in PCB process, solder, material, RF modeling, and component reliability and production test. - You have sensitive insight on novel RF technique and development trend. - You speak and write English fluently at business level Education; - Bachelor or masters or higher majoring in electrical engineering or equivalent background Personality; - You take initiative and you have a positive personality - You have good communications and presentation skills - You are use to communicate and work in multicultural team environment - You have the ability to develop innovative solutions and prove them Business trip; - The close cooperation with HQ may require traveling to China.
