Are you a people person who really enjoys helping your colleagues out in high and low? If so, you might be our next Senior Rider Captian at Kavall. You’ll report to the Area operations manager and will be a part of our rider organization.

We are now looking for a Senior Rider Captain in Stockholm who will be part of our rider organisation at Kavall.

To succeed in this role you need to see challenges with an optimistic mind.

Besides that, a part of your job will be to communicate with your colleagues, therefore great communication skills are essential

Besides being part of our extraordinary journey, you will also be an essential part of our rider organisation.

You will work when the business is the busiest, every other weekend and evening and will do rider shifts and jump in when needed.

The position is full-time.

WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO

- Rider recruitment, onboarding, Rider training

- Equipment handling

- Rider shifts

- No show follow up

- Following up on the rider's performance

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- You can communicate both in Swedish and English, written and spoken

- It will be considered a plus if you have some sort of leadership experience, formal or informal

- Similar experiences from other companies are a plus
