As a Senior Risk Analyst – Automotive Residual Value, you will be part of the Residual Value management team within Global Online Experience unit. Our focus areas are building and maintaining residual value models and fleet portfolio valuations. We make sure we have residual value related data available for the Volvo vehicle we bear the financial risk for in the various markets where we operate. 

What you will do
You will drive and further develop the processes for residual value setting and portfolio valuation methodology. It includes reporting of portfolio risk positions and drivers behind changes in risk estimates. You will work in close collaboration with the Global Online Experience Pricing and Performance Steering teams. As well as various stakeholders within internal and external of Volvo Cars. You will keep track on the developments of the automotive industry to predict the impact of future development of asset portfolios of vehicles with focus on influencing factors such as new technology, macroeconomic impact, competition and similar.

You and your skills
To succeed in this role, we believe your background and skills includes experience from other OEM, major Fleet leasing company and/or RV setting agency. Working with databases and querying, producing fact-based solutions to problems. Experience of working with visualization tools: Power Bi or similar and Financial modelling. You are fluent in English and have university degree in a quantitative field (Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or similar).

You add value to your team and contributes to their overall success. We believe you can easily articulate complex ideas and conclusions to senior stakeholders.
