You will support various functions (Sales, Sales Operations, Product Line, Finance) in terms of tools and data analysis. You will secure the governance process of Sales Operations BA Europe in terms of reporting structure (weekly and monthly). Furthermore, you will be the interface to the IT, TMO, Data Science and Comex functions in implementing various tools and solutions for Business Area Europe.Your Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Product Line and Sales in terms of monthly consumer review follow up processSupport Sales in terms of weekly and monthly sell out data analysis (correlation of sell out and consumer reviews)Dashboard creation and follow up for OLR tool, gfk and bi reports connected to sales performance, including metrics such as: Market share per category, Weighted distribution per brand, Turn over share per category, Price index per categoryAssist in roll out of CRM tool and post Go Live support Secure the needed support is given when necessary regarding Sales Operations performance follow-up related issuesImprove current reporting tools and reports for more efficient usageTake an active role in S&OP/Business meetings highlighting business performance deviationsDrive and lead development of BI reports and make sure they fulfil the need of different functionsProvide the right information and reports to the budget and the quarterly updates in line with the finance sector standardsFind and implement reporting best practicesControl the performance and understand underlying factors related to Sales Highlight underperformance and initiate changes based on actual performanceCommunication and training of the relevant parts of the organization when it comes to KPI definitions and report usageCompetencies & experience University degreeAt least 5 years’ experience in a commercial sales environmentAt least 5 years direct leadership experience with a teamAt least 5 years leadership in a project environmentGeneral knowledge and understanding of the business (non-industry specific)A deep knowledge of systems used in the administration and management of salesA good knowledge of systems used in the factory, logistics and product mgmt. organizationsStrong oral and written communication skills both in EnglishStrong presentation skillsAble to demonstrate strong business acumen with a bias in commercial management
