We are now looking for Senior Sales Executives for our newest office in Berlin. We want to grow Oneflow’s brand in the German market, and we need passionate people to help us do that. If you’re looking for a new challenge, bring your sales expertise to us!


Who you are:
We believe that you enjoy working in a company that is growing exponentially, where you have an impact on the culture, both in the growing team and in the company as a whole. You think of the company as your own and want to be part of creating a story you can proudly tell as your career progresses. To succeed, you need to be comfortable creating your own sales results and building strong, long-term relationships with decision makers in the largest companies. That said, we are also looking for those with experience in the Midmarket segment, with the ambition to grow into an Enterprise role within the next few years. You will of course get a solid introduction and be part of the sales team that cheers each other on daily. We aim to hire five or more colleagues initially, and will scale to a size that optimizes success in the German market. You will be working closely in tandem with your peers in other markets, and there will be countless exciting opportunities to grow your career within sales or leadership after a market presence is established. Perhaps you want to work internationally one day?


It will also mean that you:
Book and run meetings with decision-makers encompassing the full sales cycle
Develop and operate your own sales pipeline to be measured against individual and team goals.
Will be part of opening a new office and aid in building a new sales team from the ground up.
Contribute both socially and professionally to a strong team culture in the office.
Thrive on ambitious personal goals and regular coaching.
Help and train new colleagues for personal and professional development



What is your superpower?
All people have different strengths, and yours are uniquely yours. At Oneflow, we believe in you as a human being and the potential you possess, regardless of past experience. However, it’s still a great advantage if you have the following:
Passion to solve problems and build relationships
B2B selling experience, preferably with a SaaS solution and can document that you have succeeded with it (preferably over at least 2 years)
A general curiosity about technology and how to help companies simplify and improve their everyday work
Quick thinking and decision making skills
A “go getter” attitude and mentality
You should be able to speak German and English fluently, as we are an international company with over 20 different nationalities
Relevant education is of course an advantage, but practical experience is most important
