Strategic Sales Executive have the overall responsibility for successfully selling and negotiating multi-year complex business relationships to senior client executives. They lead strategic sales engagements from qualification to closure, selling solutions to meet complex IT and business requirements. Engagements are characterized by a complex combination of technical, business, financial and human resource issues related to the strategic and tactical direction of clients and driven by need for change within Infrastructure domain i.e Multicloud, Security, Workplace etc.
When joining Tietoevry Connect as a Strategic Sales Executive
You win new deals!
You build and manage strategic relationships at client decision bodies (CEO, CFO and Board of Directors level)
You are overall responsible for managing large and complex deals from qualification to wins.
You analyze Opportunity/RFI/RFP and define winning sales strategy which fits to client requirements/situation. Gain agreement for deployment of the strategy and manage the engagement plan and associated deliverables
You effectively lead and motivate entire pursuit teams, a multidisciplinary sales and solution team, by establishing a ‘winning spirit’ in the deal team. Structures and leads contract negotiations with clients.
You effectively manage internal governance procedures and manage internal stakeholders across the company.

Who we are looking for
You have a proven track record in the successful conclusion of complex, big value-based or large and transformative deals. Has a consistent track record in sales of won cases (X number of €10-100m+ deals)
You have a broad understanding of Infrastructure services and has relevant and up to date knowledge of the market and competition
You have extensive CxO and IT stakeholder network in the Swedish market.
You have experience of working within complex matrix organizations and orchestrate the best of the Tietoevry organization.
You know when to appropriate challenge the various deal domains (solution, finance, legal, HR…) on the overall approach to encourage creative solutions that can be expanded by the teams.
You have creativity and ability to find workarounds and solutions in complex situations, as opposed to being process driven

We also believe you have
Long track-record in complex sales whereof min 5-10 years as a dealmaker or equivalent.
Strategic & Consultative selling skills
Excellent teamleadership qualities - Leads by example
Strong commercial awareness
Creative thinking and solution management
Strong and experienced complex deals negotiator
Experience of operating within formal and informal procurement processes
Very high standards of written and verbal communication.
Outstanding presentation skills – both personally and coaching the team (junior and senior actors on the team.
Tenacious, persistent and determined, learning mindset, tolerance to ambiguity and a drive to win despite challenges
