We are looking for a highly capable salesforce administrator to ensure that our corporation capitalizes on the benefits offered by the salesforce CRM system. In this role, your duties will include creating user accounts, maintaining our sales databases, and training staff on the effective use of Salesforce products. Come and join our team!
How is your future team?
We're a team of all in all eight persons divided on Salesforce/Pardot admins, developers and one system architect. Our team is newly formed, for example, we are currently setting up our agile ways of working and ways to learn and grow together. You will be an important factor not only in knowledge but in building a team.
The role as a Senior Salesforce administrator:
With Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Pardot we help our sales, marketing and support organizations across the world. We collaborate closely with our colleagues helping them deliver Axis in all it's offers, so to succeed you need to be interested both in our business as well as the platform. It's complex, and it's fun!
In this role you will take on a big responsibility for the Salesforce platform together with the rest of the team. You will translate user needs into technical solutions with high quality. You will also play an important role in contributing to the growth and knowledge sharing within the team of Salesforce admins. As a company we have ambitious goals and our team are key players in making them possible, your contribution will be important!
What are we looking for?
You are a passionate problem solver and a team player with at least a few years of experience as a Salesforce administrator or application architect. You have no problems in turning needs into technical solutions and you can foresee and explain consequences of choices being made
The following would also be great merits:
* Documented experience from previous Salesforce admin and/or app architect role(s).
* Experience of working with Sales- Service- Marketing- and/or Community applications within Salesforce cloud.
* We'd be happy if you have experience from other global enterprise companies
* If you are familiar with governance models for workflow, such as ISO or SOX (otherwise we will teach you). And if you are familiar with scrum methodology.
* Salesforce Advanced Admin certificate in Salesforce (Any type of certificate is a plus)
* You speak Swedish and/or English fluently
Collaboration is key to success within Axis, so you are good at person-to-person communication. Your closest manager would be Niklas Nilsson, Manager Sales- and marketing business integrations.
