In this role you will work with maintaining and developing solutions as a salesforce platform administrator. You will translate user needs into technical solutions with high quality. Who is your future team?
With Salesforce as platform, we as a team deliver a workflow for our sales, marketing and support organizations worldwide. We serve all of Axis in all it's offers, so to succeed you need to be interested both in our business as well as the platform and our underlaying on prem systems. It's complex, and it's fun! Do you like to have your head in the clouds but are not afraid of taking a deep dive? That's what the everyday in this team looks like. You need to be visionary and at the same time dive into the details of a solution and work both in the clouds but also implement solutions connected to our on prem systems.

The team is structured and have a well thought out process where IT product owners, Architects, Technical lead together with the production lead create the best possible circumstances for you as a admin to focus on using your skills and creativity to build and develop the platform.

You will be able to keep focus on the tools capabilities in the platform, and you will have clear purpose and understand why your work is important what will be accomplished through your and the teams efforts.

The team always has a helping hand to offer, and you will be able to turn to anyone to push though when your stuck and exchange your ideas with.

What you'll do here as a Salesforce platform administrator:
Salesforce CRM system. Turn Axis and our user needs into technical solutions with Salesforce standards like flows, forms and other tools within the platform. Be part of developing and take responsibility for keeping up the long-term architectural paths in our Salesforce platform. Build solutions to support our business processes and develop dashboards and reports to make understanding our business easier for our sales and marketing staff.

The team takes on a big responsibility of developing and keeping up the long-term architectural paths in our Salesforce platform. You will also play an important role in contributing to the growth and knowledge sharing within the team of Salesforce admins.

Furthermore, you will:

* Work with data quality and management within the salesforce platform
* Dataflow and connections between the different salesforce components
* Be part of and take responsibility for planning and estimating your and the teams work
* Always fight for Salesforce standard solutions to be used, and teach people how this works
* Sometimes help the testers, if something is extra tricky

Who are we looking for / Who are you?
You are a passionate problem solver and a team player with at least a few years of experience as a Salesforce administrator. You have no problems in turning needs into technical solutions and you can foresee and explain consequences of choices being made. You are hungry for knowledge and is never done learning new things that you can add to your toolbox. You have a true interest in technology and in particular Salesforce and follow news around the summer release is more interesting than Instagram.

We'd love to hear that you have:

* You have documented experience from previous Salesforce admin role.
* You have documented experience of working with Sales- Service- Marketing- and/or Community applications within Salesforce cloud.
* We'd be happy if you have experience from other global enterprise companies
* It's a merit if you are familiar with governance models for workflow, such as ISO or SOX (otherwise we will teach you). And if you are familiar with scrum methodology.
* Salesforce Advanced Admin certificate in Salesforce (Any type of certificate is a plus)
* You speak Swedish and/or English fluently
