Key responsibilities
Perform the role of Scrum Master for multiple concurrent sprint teams
Run sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint retrospective, daily scrum, and other project planning meetings.
Coordinating deliveries across multiple scrum teams
Forecast sprint iterations with the Product Owner and concerned business partners to better understand dependencies between tasks and teams.
Shield sprint teams from outside distractions and unintended dependencies and interference
Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on problem solving.
Facilitate discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution between sprint team members and Product Owners.
Managing the engagement with an acquired organization
Work with service owners, engineering manager and scrum teams to plan sprint execution by adopting various lean strategies
Understand and explain key metrics to the team to drive continuous improvements
Mentor and Coach teams in agile processes and tools to develop well scoped issues and epics and correct use of scrum process



We are looking for
Experience of working with multi-location teams.
Experience working in a large technical environment
7+ years with IT background
3+ years of managing Scrum Teams
3+ years of experience with Agile Project Management Tools including Atlassian JIRA, Confluence
Demonstrable experience of working in a complex IT environment with a clear service focus
Extensive experience of agile delivery approaches including delivery of agile at scale (e.g. Scrum, LEAN, Kanban,etc..) and associated ways of working
Extensive knowledge of scrum/project and services methodologies and development principles, challenges, and best practices including hands-on experience in :
Strong understanding of the various agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe alongside the development tools used to support them such as Atlassian JIRA, Confluence
Certified Scrum Master including extensive experience in a scrum master role
Configuration and/or development of industry standard enterprise operations workflow tools such as Jira and ServiceNow
