Senior Scrum Master

Supply Chain Operations Industrial Base Performance (SCO IBP) is now looking for a senior Scrum Master within the Program Management organisation. At SCO IBP We develop and provide standardised manufacturing equipment and processes to our converting factories, making sure they can meet the demands of today and the future.
The position is based in Lund.


What you will do:
As a Scrum Master you will work closely with several Scrum teams (engineers & specialists), coaching and supporting their work. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our scrum framework and way of working across the SCO IBP organisation. You will work closely with our Agile Coach, Line Managers, Product Owners, Programme Managers and Scrum Masters leading the evolution of our Scrum set up.


Act as a Scrum Master in Scrum development teams
Actively participate in our scrum master network and coach/support your scrum masters colleagues
Drive agile capability improvements across the organisation
Support the line organisation in competence development activities
Support the agile transformation journey
Support the continuous improvement of the way we work



Who you are:
We are looking for a leader with a strong personal drive and commitment to meet complex challenges. You are a “people person”, where your passion lies in developing and motivating others. You possess excellent communication skills that creates passion and engagement. Building networks to understand and solve obstacles comes natural to you. As a person you also bring stability and drive for reaching results.


You will be acting in a context of many different perspectives. It is essential that you are capable of handling change and dealing with ambiguity. Your stakeholder management skills are excellent.


We believe you have a technical education at university level. You have at least 5-7 years of extensive experience from Scrum Master roles. Experience as a line manager or other leadership roles will be considered a plus.


Your communication skills in English, both written and oral are very good.
