Senior Scrum Master - 60 k

The department Infotainment, within Connected Experience product stream, is responsible for the development and enabling of our clients cars Infotainment system. As first Car company our client teamed up with Google and develop a system together, which re-thinks the nature of car infotainment, defined by a user-friendly interface and an unparalleled connectivity. We are now looking for a Scrum Master with software development experience who is also eager to work on backlog items once in a while when time allows. You have experience of cross-functional collaboration.

As a Scrum Master you will be coaching the team towards increasing team maturity, empowerment, and value-flow. The ScM work in close collaboration, as a trinity, with the product owner and team manager to make sure the best support is given to the team.

You have a passion for coaching & building teams and as a servant leader you support the team with their needs keeping the ownership in the team.

We are looking for a Scrum Master who have previously coached software engineering or system teams to become high performing. You have a degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Familiarity with SAFe and previous work as Jira administrator is beneficial for the position.  

Start: 1/3 - 2022

Salary: 60 000 per month - Swedish Krona

Duration: 12 months

Location: Lund
