As a scrum master consultant at Explipro your daily work will include supporting the client´s team development, removing impediments for the team’s progress and working on building an open, honest and collaborative mindset within the team.

For some assignments you might act wider to also hold trainings, work as an agile coach on different levels and support development of the way of working in the organization.

You will work with SAFe and with teams to understand their impact on the value flow from the Agile Release Train.

About you

We are looking for a senior scrum master / agile coach who has experience from coaching software engineering teams and organizations to become high performing.

Requirements / wish list:
- Solid experience as scrum master / agile coach
- Understanding/experience from software development
- Great communication skills
- Strong coaching skills
- A servant leadership approach
- Experience from working with SAFe
- Fluent English skills, in both speech and writing

Knowledge from DevOps processes is meritorious.
