Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master o join, lead and coach an agile team working with API Management within the Integration Center of Enablement Cluster. You’ll be responsible for developing our API Management platform and also participating in developing the portal where customer can provision through self-service.
What you'll do:
● Work with delivery execution within the ICoE product teams, while coaching the team and people in all aspects of agile ways of working and mind-set.
● Actively take part in the agile transformation of the product by coaching the team to improve agile abilities and by utilizing agile methods and SAFE framework principles to create business value continuously.
● Enable clarity in prioritization and ensure transparency of team progress, releases and achievements across the organization as well as facilitating measurement of results.
● Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coach the team to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
● Collaborate with the other Scrum Masters of the other teams in the product to jointly support the agile journey of the products and cluster.
● Help to manage and reduce risks and dependencies as well as removing, escalating and tracking impediments.
● Contribute to the development work within the team such as software development, databases, tests, or other aspects of life cycle management.
Who you are:
● Certification and several years of experience as Scrum Master, preferably from several organizations and global teams.
● Technical experience with infrastructure management and/or development, Azure DevOps, Jira or equivalent, Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, DevOps familiarity and experience in Lean Agile methods.
● Have interest in the latest technological developments in the field and driven by an ambition to deliver solutions that are at the forefront.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
● Ability to self-identify what needs to be done, work without clear assignments and plan so that results can be delivered within given time frames.
● Be analytical, responsible and can work towards set goals and achieve them.
