We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Senior Scrum Master with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
The candidate will perform your duties as a Scrum Master in one of our lean-agile teams in Digital Channels. The goals of a scrum master are to improve value flow and to enhance the working environment and delivery capacity of a self-organized team. This is accomplished by mentoring, instilling inspiration, and educating the team's stakeholders on how to apply the lean-agile principles and methodology.
Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
• You have experience working as a Scrum master, you're an excellent coach, and you feel confident using the SAFe framework.
• You have the kind of coaching leadership characteristics that encourage others to collaborate effectively as a person.
• You have the capacity to establish effective working relationships with various departments inside the company since you are a good communicator.
• You have the fortitude to deal with disagreements and prosper in a dynamic atmosphere with a strong emphasis on growth, a quick pace, and adaptability.
• Serve as the team's coach and facilitator.
• Monitor team members' adherence to and development of the established working procedures to ensure the achievement of the team's objectives.
• Assure the team's commitment to ongoing improvement together.
• Coordinate and make sure that the team is managing dependencies, hazards, and other activities that involve other parties.
• Ongoingly remove obstacles and serve as the team's outstretched arm for technical concerns with the team's external partners.
• Ensure that the group collaborates to achieve the objectives.
• Adheres to the SAFe framework and works agile
• It is a huge benefit in this position if you have prior experience in the non-life insurance sector as it's a current team.
