Description

The scrum master will facilitate two agile development teams within IT, with the business Product Owner, engineers and UX/UI designers. Enable the team to deliver technical solutions that address business needs and customers’ expectations.

Mandatory competence and experience:

- Senior Scrum Master (+5 experience)
- Swedish speaking
- English speaking on a good level
- Knowledgeable about modern software development, quickly understand new business processes/requirements and technologies
- University, IT, Tech or similar


Preferred competence and experience:

- International experience, running large complex project with many stakeholders

Preferred personal qualities:

- Communication skills
- Structured
