MultiMind Bemanning AB offers staffing and recruitment services. Our niche is to supply staff with language skills and international experience within Logistics, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, HR and IT.

Our client, a global leader in the financial sector, are looking for a Senior Securities Operations Analyst.

A more senior profile is preferred but also more junior candidates are welcome. The description below refers to the more senior candidate.

Job function:

To support current and incoming derivative members with different kinds of setup and support issues. Many tasks are technical configuration related such as providing access to new products and markets. The person we are looking for will have daily communication with clients members, typically Nordic and European banks and energy providers, as well as contribute in projects.

Job skills required:

- At least 5 years relevant work experience from the financial industry, preferably from an IT department, Customer Support, Back Office or similar. Experience from energy sector might also be relevant.
- Experience from Genium INET and FIX protocols is an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills, and a strong communicative ability in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing
- Extensive MS Office skills (Excel, VBA)
- Excellent administrative skills and detail orientation
- Ability to prioritize, organize and complete work tasks within given timelines
- Appetite for change in an ever changing environment


Additional information:

This position will give you the opportunity to work in the very heart of the clients European markets. You will be performing important tasks within the areas of customer support. We work closely with the teams that operate clients Equity, Derivatives and Commodities markets including futures and options contracts on equities, fixed income, power, freight and seafood.

You will get a good understanding about the whole chain from trade to expiration and settlement. You will be part of a team responsible for assistingcurrent and incoming members with different kinds of setup and support issues.Most tasks are technical configuration related such as providing market and new product access, where many setups are complex and require ongoing dialogue with internal and external stakeholders.


The projected duration date of this assignment is 2016-08-15 to 2017-08-13
