We believe that you are passionate to drive, explore and understand how security assurance is achieved through fit for purpose controls that integrate with modern product development. Where theoretical knowledge helps you, it is backed up by practical skills learned and honed beyond what can be taught. You excel when confronted by an open-ended situation. You have powerful analytic capabilities as well as an ordered and structured approach to problem solving. You are pragmatic and ensure that we enable business to flourish, today and tomorrow.
You have a background in either computer science or information security, and you have been working within the area for at least 5 years. You are comfortable in leading agile development teams. Preferably you have experience in technical compliance aspects of security and privacy, working with applying industry best practice frameworks as well as legal and/or regulatory requirements. You have a passion for technology, information security, assurance, and a willingness to work closely with engineering teams to develop and follow up on controls in a way that enables business.

You will be joining the Cyber Assurance security team within Ingka Group. The team is responsible for developing capabilities to create confidence that the set of intended security and privacy controls in our digital products are in place and effective in their application. We are a specialist team that combines of, business, compliance and auditing expertise, technology, and data.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have experience in many of the following:
External Cyber Frameworks:
Knowledge of NIST, CIS, ISO2700x series, COBIT, or other audit/control frameworks
Have a good knowledge GDPR, PCI DSS, MLPS, China CSL etc.
The Control/Assurance/Risks mindset
Know-how or specific knowledge about Internal Controls and Compliance
Understanding the nature of risks and their impact on the business and IT Solutions
High level knowledge about the audit processes, audit preparation and evidence collection process
Experience in implementation of controls in a modern and agile software development context
Cyber Professional Competency and Background
3-5 years in Cyber Security or other related it functions
Education: Computer Science, Information System, Audit etc.
International Cyber and IT certifications: CISA, CISSP, CISM or CRISC
Other soft skills
Know-how of project management and stakeholder management
Reflective with an analytic sense and structured workstyle
Good communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders on different levels
Experience in Product ownership
