Ericsson Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) is a global player and single point-of-contact in Security for Ericsson products. PSIRT’s responsibilities include e.g. security incident investigations, digital forensics, vulnerability management and coordination for whole Ericsson product portfolio. PSIRT is part of Ericsson Network Security (ENS), in the CTO office. Ericsson PSIRT is visible internally and externally and is part of global communities like FIRST. We are looking for a Security Specialist to join in our growing Ericsson PSIRT (Products Security Incident Response Team).
As a Security Specialist at PSIRT you will be joining a true world-class team of talented security enthusiasts, working together with incidents and vulnerabilities on a global scale. As a PSIRT specialist you will have a vital role ensuring and further improving the security of the solutions we create. Your guidance will be delivered to the developers and your reports will be read by senior management. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to international security community incl. FIRST, TI/TF-CSIRT, etc.
To be successful in the role, you must have
Incident Response and Product Security experience
Software development with security mindset
Problem solving and people management skills
Characteristics of the Ideal Candidate:
BSc / MSc in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
Self-starter and project manager of your own, always deliver on time
Solid balance of strategic thinking and ability to get things done
Innovative, service minded and flexible attitude
