For one of our customers we are looking to recruit a Senior Service Consultant with good knowledge in the german language, to work at the Service Desk. Your Profile - German, English on a fluent level - Experience with IT Software or Hardware, especially SAP R3 or Webnethods 6.5 and higher - Interest in working with customers and IT - Fast learner with ability to understand relationships between a porcess and the software supporting that process - Customer oriented and understanding that customers are both internal and external - 2 + years in IT Service Desk Environment or other relevant area (if no Higher Education within IT or technical subjects) and/ or Higher Education within IT or other technical subjects Work tasks - Investigate where a problem lies, who s responsible to handle an issue and where to draw the line of own responsability - Manage any issues and tasks that fall within the Support area, keeping issues aliva and finding the contacts needed for a solution - Thorough when checking facts and information given - Prioritize and distinguish what is urgent and what can wait - Seize all opportunities to learn, try new systems/ updates and actively seek out more information when needed - Keep customers and internal contacts informed -Respond quickly to given tasks - Create and maintain documentation and manuals
