Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Service Desk Support Technician who is experienced in technical support, who is service-minded and is a driven problem solver.

What you'll do:
● Provide IT support to the company's internal users and be part of a team of 5 colleagues.
● Document user requests and updates client trouble tickets with the current status of the issue.
● Undertake maintenance of computer networks, hardware, software, and other equipment at regular intervals.
● Develop and deploy solutions for all computer-related problems and take action to resolve them whenever they arise.
● Handle issues independently alongside a team of technicians and test new hardware and software and deploy the installation of all computers and mobile devices.
Who you are:
● 5+ years of experience working as technical support in a broad role or a similar role.
● Good Knowledge of computer systems, peripherals, communication hardware, computer networking, and cabling infrastructure.
● Ability to work independently and in a team to achieve predetermined goals and meet deadlines.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
● Ability to work under minimal supervision, under own initiative and motivated to acquire new knowledge and learn new skills.
