Northab looking to our customer for an Senior Service Manager
Assignment:
Our customer looking for an a structured ITIL person who are used to work with suppliers. Were He/She are good in reporting services. Also responible for cost and budget/finance for service operations. in the role tactical planning for service delivery and are escalation point for any operation issues related to the service.
Lead collaboration with different stakeholders and attend thier forums, good to have social skill as much different tasks with stakeholders down to engineers is on daily basis.
Lead projects in the line of daily business. (Prepare, facilitate and document mgmt. meetings & workshops)
Personal requirements
Experience in Service Desk area
Experience in Service management
Management of global services
Financial management
Process knowledge (ITIL 3 and good to have ITIL 4)
Ability to lead and co-ordinate people
After Covid-19 our customer expect consultant to be onsite the office, either in Stockholm or Sandviken Office 2-3days per week
