The position
Cambio's Customer Service Delivery division is responsible for overseeing and providing assistance to Cambio's customers. As a member of the Technical & Service Operations team, you will be responsible for the technical aspects of delivering Managed Services, which includes operating and maintaining Cambio's products and systems for customers.
As a senior architect specializing in infrastructure and deployment, you will be gathering requirements related to automation, installation, and operation. You will collaborate closely with Cambio's development teams to develop the necessary tools and support to ensure seamless operational delivery and environments that are a part of Cambio's services. In addition, you will contribute to designing operational services, establishing management protocols for operational environments, monitoring, security, etc.

About you
As a person, you are self-driven, flexible, pragmatic, and a team player without prestige, but you can also conduct investigations on your own. You demonstrate agility in transitioning between details and the broader scope of tasks. Given the cross-functional nature of your role and frequent interaction with other teams at Cambio, we believe you easily build new relationships and have the ability to explain complex concepts.

As an architect, your responsibilities will involve systems work, requirements gathering, and participation in implementing operation-related services.
Requirements
To succeed in the role, we also believe that you have:
- Several years of experience in managing complex IT operations for enterprise systems with high SLA requirements
- Several years of experience within infrastructure or platform development in an architect role
- Experience with server-based web applications, Java applications, and databases
- Experience with hardware, storage, network, other infrastructure, and lifecycle management
- Experience with scripting, automation frameworks, and integration platforms
- Fluent in English, both in speaking and writing
It's a bonus if you
- Experience with COSMIC
- Experience with cloud services
- Experience working with IT systems in the healthcare industry or related fields
Place of employment: Linköping or Stockholm

Scope: Full time
Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
