Job Description


Are you an experienced senior designer having worked with shoes, bags and jewellery? Do you have a great sense for fashion and upcoming trends? Are you highly organized and able to prioritize? We are looking for you who want to be a part of this fantastic journey that we have ahead of us to build our function and develop our most fashion forward collections!
We are looking for two Senior Designers, one permanent and one temporary (1 year) full time positions. You will work with the function Collaborations and Special collections at the H&M head office. With these collections and collaborations, we want to surprise the customer; with the theme, the products and in how we present the collections. You will be an important part of bringing in new, fashion forward ideas to the team, and make it happen. You will plan and secure the best assortment according to analysis of most relevant trends of the moment. You will work with the whole assortment for these product groups, and must be experienced in building fashion forward collections commercially.
We look for you with a true sense for future fashion and a deep understanding of these products and its trends. At Collaboration & Special Collections things change quickly and you must love fast changes and be able to adapt to meet the target goals.




Qualifications


We believe you:
Are an experienced Senior Fashion Designer, min 3-5yrs in a similar role
Have a strong passion for and sense of fashion trends, the current lifestyle market, products, brands and its influences
Are creative and a true visionary whilst keeping the commercial goals in focus
Have a high knowledge and expertise from work with shoes, bags and jewellery including all relevant materials, technical aspects of the products, quality, pricing and sustainability
You know the craftsmanship, construction and underlaying process of developing these products
Have experience communicating with product developers, suppliers and/or other production stakeholders
Have full Adobe suite competence
Have 3D design work experience e.g. CLO or Rhino (meriting)
Are a problem solver and great communicator
You multitask with ease and can work at a high pace, unafraid of hard work in intense periods of various projects
Always see possibilities, improvements and simple solutions
You keep the overall, big picture and helicopter view at all times
Are a driven team player who also like and can work independently
Leadership experience and skills
Fluency in English (Swedish not necessary)
