We are now hiring a Senior Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Sales (SME) to our Energy and Facility Division based in Sweden.

What you do

In this role you grow the CTEK Energy & Facilities portfolio and revenue with new SME customers and developing existing customers. You sell value propositions, work to make EV charging solutions available in more places and you identify, initiate, and develop customer interest across targeted segments. As our SME you make calls with prospects, from discovery meeting to closing deal including contracts and terms and conditions.

At CTEK we use a multi-channel strategy, selling to both direct customers and through indirect customers. You will sell both into indirect customers (reseller, installers) and build working relationships with them and support them in their initiatives to sell the Ctek portfolio. At the same time, you are also engaging with selected vertical market segments (direct customers) to win them for Ctek and our partners.

You will present, in writing and verbally, to customer’s needs with a solution sales approach and mindset. You drive implementation of newly won clients and in collaboration with logistics and support teams provide tailored solutions vs expectations sold. Reporting on activities, progress, and plans - weekly summary and monthly reporting for management and forecasting sales by managing your activity in CRM tool Salesforce is also included.

Who you are

You are entrepreneurial, see opportunities and drive for solutions and you take own initiatives in a start-up environment. It is essential that you can build a high-level relationship with executives and that you can listen to and discover in detail what the customer needs and what challenges they have with regards to their charging infrastructure.

Your skills

You have B2B commercial sales experience, preferably to senior decision makers within procurement and have several years of experience in a similar role and of selling through an indirect channel. You are aware of or ready to acquire knowledge fast with regards to market and business trends in EV mobility. It is an advantage if you have automotive, property, electrical or related background.
