Would you like to elevate Nordea’s marketing and communication activities across the Nordics and build strong customer engagement? We are now looking for a Senior Social Media Analyst to develop our social media initiatives and implement successful marketing practices in all countries.

About this opportunity
Welcome to the Social Media & Creative team. We are Nordea’s in-house agency. We add value by creating and nurturing content and campaigns to increase engagement in owned and paid media. As Senior Social Media Analyst you’ll play a valuable role in supporting all Nordic countries.
What you’ll be doing:
* Identify habits of our online customers and suggest ways to reach a broader audience
* Maintain a cohesive strategy across all social media platforms to increase our brand awareness
* Work with Social Media Managers and the Marketing team to design advertising campaigns that drive results
* Overall responsibility for publishing content in English, taking into consideration reputational risk & the Nordea brand
* Monitor and analyse outcomes in social media
* Consult on how insights and analytics can add more value to our activities, organic and paid
* Coach and educate your colleagues at Nordea on social media trends, emerging platforms and where digital marketing is going in the near-future
You’ll join Group Content & Channels within Group Brand, Communications & Marketing. The role can be based in Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo or Stockholm.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
* Are able to handle multiple projects at the same time in a complex matrix organization
* Are proactive, robust with a strong personal drive and energy, always on top of things and aware of developments and upcoming challenges
* Have in-depth understanding of social media metrics, SEO and analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics
* Have the ability to identify target audience preferences and trends
Your experience and background:
* You have 5+ years of experience with social media, paid media & digital marcom from a large, international corporation or agency
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
* In-depth experience working with large marketing campaigns and especially social media advertising
* Fluent in English and one of the Nordic languages (professional level)
* Content creation knowledge is a plus
