At Epidemic Sound we are reinventing the music industry. Our carefully curated catalog, with over 32,000 tracks, is tailored for storytellers, streaming services, and in-store soundtracks. Countless clients around the world, from broadcasters, production companies, DSPs, and YouTubers rely on our tracks to help them tell their stories. Epidemic Sound’s music is heard in hundreds of millions of online videos daily, across millions of playlist streams, and in thousands of in-store locations. Headquartered in Stockholm, we’re spread across offices in New York City, Los Angeles, Seoul, Hamburg, and Amsterdam. We’re growing fast, have lots of fun, and are taking the music industry with us.
We are looking for an experienced Content Strategist who is passionate about social media campaigns and analytics. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for paid initiatives that contribute to community- and brand-building objectives.
You would be a part of Epidemic Sound’s social media team that currently consists of platform specialists, content coordinators, and engagement specialists. Through our social media presence, we aim to contribute to empowering creators to achieve creative and commercial success and to create and share their stories across time zones, borders, audiences, and channels.
We are active on multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube (24 channels with individual target audiences), LinkedIn, Twitter, and always eager to try new ones that fit our strategies.
Your tasks would include
- Helping us create top-quality, engaging content in a data-driven way by preparing well-structured reports and presentations.
- Quantifyibly proving the connection between different parts of the marketing funnel and our social media presence through data integration and strategic testing initiatives.
- Identifying and following best practices in boosting organic social media posts, making sure that our boosting strategy stays up to date and is optimized to support community- and brand-building objectives.
- Engineering, optimizing and analyzing tests and campaigns.
- Setting up and optimizing hygiene boosting, allowing us to continue to grow our channels and their impact on brand awareness and consideration.

We believe that we would be looking for someone that
- Has a long track record of planning and executing paid social campaigns across multiple social channels
- Experience in growing SoMe channels and skills to analyze relevant objectives to define value for them
- Has understanding and knowledge about how to drive value through paid social with brand and community building objectives
- Is knowledgeable of best practices, boosting strategies, and campaign objectives for YouTube and Instagram (other platforms are a plus)
- Knows how to engineer paid social campaigns with the purpose of deriving user insights based on results
- Has an understanding of the technical side of data integrations and loves to improve processes to gain deeper insights
- Has a good eye for opportunities and is always eager to test new types of campaign set-ups and audiences
- Has excellent documentation skills
- Experience in creating paid strategies for upcoming posts in order to increase value in all SoMe channels
- Know how to set good objectives and strategies for different initiatives in order to define their value
