IFL Watches is a fast-growing eCommerce, innovating the watch and design industry. We currently serve over 110 countries with limited edition pieces and designs. Through social media we’ve grown a platform from where we share daily inspiration and engaging in the global watch community. IFL has its own in-house content production team who create content for IFL but also for international clients and Influencers within the industry.
About the role
IFL Watches are now looking for our next Senior Social Media Manager, who will be the engine in our production team. Your focus is to run and grow our Social Media presence across different platforms, mainly Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. This role is allowing you to be extremely creative and hands on with the whole process, from start to finish.
You’ll be responsible for our Social Media Strategy. Planning, implementing, monitor daily and long-term activities for IFL and our partners. You’re going to be the voice and tone of IFL Watches across all our social platforms. But also managing and growing our Influencer network.

If you’re the one to join, you will:
· Develop, monitor and analyze content and campaigns for our social media platforms
· Share key insights, learnings, and ideas to the team for a continuous growth
· Communicate, engage and nurture IFLs followers and partners
· Network to find new Influencers and creators
· Create engaging content and copy for our social media posts
· Keeping up with trends and new marketing tools and strategies
· Working in WordPress, Adobe suite, Google Marketing tools, Mailchimp
Who are you then?
This is a role where you need the strategic eye as well as the “get-it-done” attitude. We want you to have an understanding and experience of the digital landscape and all social media channels.
To succeed in this role, we think that you:
· Have a degree in Marketing or similar, and at least 2 years of experience working as a Social Media Marketer or similar
· Have a proven track record of creating social media strategy and content production.
· Have experience from collecting, analyzing, and taking decisions based on data.
· Are fluent in English
And it’s a plus if you have:
· Previous experience doing social media for another fashion, eCommerce, or retail brand
· At least an interest in the watch industry
