Your primary task will be to add support for new upcoming products and develop, sustain and improve software solutions for Cochlear hearing devices. Hearing care professionals expect Cochlear to deliver top of the art products and their software systems needs to be among the best there is. ARBETSUPPGIFTER Your main responsibilities will be: - provide solutions and improvements for the usability and performance of software system - develop and add functionality - ensure to keep the system modular and device independent - create documentation and update our verification tools when adding new functionality - ensure that the software meets all the regulatory and quality demands by following our processes. UTBILDNING/ERFARENHET You combine a Bachelor, Master Degree or similar in Computer Science and have more than three years experience in software engineering. You also have experience in: - object-oriented development and design - developing applications in Visual Studio.Net using C# - writing XML-based applications - documenting project process thru requirements, protocols and reports - and good knowledge about C, C++. If you have previous experience from audio engineering and/or the medical technology industry it is considered a merit. You have the ability to work within time limits and finish work. You are a team player and are fluent in English, both written and in speech.
