Senior Software Developer - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to build and implement functional programs. He will work with other Developers and Product Managers throughout the software development life cycle. In this role, you should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills. If he will also have experience in Agile frameworks and popular coding languages (e.g. JavaScript).
What you'll do:
● Researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs and make testing and evaluating new programs.
● Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications.
● Working with customers or departments on technical issues including software system design and maintenance and analysing information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modifications of an existing system.
● Work closely with project managers, UX designers, other developers, systems analysts, graphic artists, and sales and marketing professionals.
● Continually update technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and external courses, reading manuals, and accessing new applications.
Who you are:
● Have a bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer science, or equivalent area of education.
● 5+ years experience in application development using C++.
● Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
● Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment.
● Knowledge of coding languages (e.g., C++, Java, JavaScript) and frameworks/systems (e.g., AngularJS, Git).
● Experience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks (e.g., Hibernate).
