Your future team
Today the EPS (Enterprise and Partner Solutions) unit has 4 team managers each with their set of development teams responsible for applications, services and solutions. We work closely with pilot customers, select eco system partners, product management and sister development teams in the wider Axis R&D organization.

The EPS development teams are directly responsible for a range of areas: a partly cloud based, connected and edge centric service platform with APIs towards applications and services, integrations and applications towards video management systems and IOT/cloud platforms, device management systems and applications using both cloud and edge, and more. This represents essential assets and potential in Axis's forward-looking strategy. The teams use a wide range of modern tools, technologies, programming environments and works in accordance with agile devops practices with small empowered teams.

Your role
Axis is on a journey where software, applications, services and solutions have an increased business focus in a blend with our world class product portfolio. As Senior Software Development Manager for EPS you are responsible for managing an organization (and its' management team) and to actively contribute to Axis journey ahead, both as part of the Software management team and working closely with the product management sister organization. You take an active role in developing Axis' overall agenda technically, operationally and strategically with a focus on EPS organization and its surrounding eco system both inside Axis and towards partners and Axis customers globally.

Your mission is to strengthen Axis offerings and development within the core areas and to coordinate, align and contribute to Axis journey ahead at a technical, strategic and business level.

In addition to above we think that you;

* Have a Master's degree in computer science (or similar).
* Documented leadership skills, preferably with experience from leading management teams and modern collaborative software development and systems at scale.
* Experience from working cloud and web development, partnerships, devops, and scaled systems development is a plus.
