Kongsberg Automotive is now looking for a Senior Software Engineer who would like to be part of building the future and aiming to constantly be in the forefront of our areas.
The position is based at Kongsberg Automotive Technical Centre in Mullsjö Sweden.
What will you do?
You will be involved in requirement analysis, design activities and development of C code. You will be involved in developing everything from low level drivers to application. You will also participate in planning and execution of software tests to ensure proper operation of a safe product.
You will report to our Software Manager, who is a great support and whom you can discuss and share experiences within the day-to-day activities.
What will you be responsible for?
Participate in software development planning meetings
Analyse customer requirements and develop software architecture strategies to ensure modular and reusable software components.
Develop the software as per ASPICE, ISO 26262 and cyber security processes.
Mentor junior engineers and help them develop their competences.

Who are you?
MSc/BSc of Engineering
5+ years of Experience with automotive embedded systems.
Experience with C coding, low level drivers.
Experience with CAN, UDS, Vector tools.
Experience with Software Architecture tools like IBM Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect is nice to have
Experience with functional safety, ASPICE and cyber security
Experience with AUTOSAR is an advantage.
Experience with tools like Jira, DOORS Next Gen is an advantage.
Fluent in English, verbal and written
