Incident Analysis and Resolution in Incident Management, Identifying and creating problem investigations in problem management using IKEA provided BMC remedy tool
- Ensuring support to all teams and the customers in tracking the issues to Closure
- Job monitoring and re execution of batches once the issue is found and making sure the dependent batches are executed
- Root Cause analysis of the Critical issues, responding to them quickly and ensuring the agreed Service Levels SLA is met at all times
- Developing and testing the Code thoroughly for Sprint releases in available environments before deploying them in Production
- Test Cases preparation and execution in Jira tool for all the required test phases
- Code check in activities in GitHub in a corresponding stream available for Sprint release
- Preparing plan for ORT and Participating in Team meetings and Client meetings
- Preparation of various Weekly and Monthly Presentations, Incident Trackers and Problem Reports
- Enhancing Knowledge Management through KEDB and participating sessions within the team
