Senior Software Engineer

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Software Engineer who is experienced in system designing, automotive camera-based vision systems, from architectural design for implementation, validation, and verification.

What you'll do:
● Develop software in a cross functional, international agile team, in a creative, innovative, and interdisciplinary environment.
● Hit the ground running- Gather up-to-date and depth understanding of the code base and technologies stack within weeks.
● Build applications, often in close collaboration with designers, to optimize trade-offs between technical functionality and end-user experience.
● Pioneer reliability and efficiency of the existing codebase, platforms, and/or core systems and make an impact on the direction and scope of technical vision within your stream.
● Gain a detailed understanding of the complete architecture of a product and the position of your work stream in it.
● Develop elegant solutions for complex problems and actively contribute to post-release maintenance issues.

Who you are:
● Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electronics, mechatronics, software engineering, data sciences or equivalent area of education and must have relevant working experience.
● Have experience working with automotive vision platforms or vision-based embedded systems, involving IR or ToF cameras and AUTOSAR.
● Uses systematic debugging to diagnose all issues within a set of related domains and leads to fostering a culture of observability and monitoring across several teams.
● Good knowledge of logging and analysis tools (CANoe/Canalyzer, Wireshark, or similar).
● Regularly works across teams to build a culture for iterative, autonomous development and future scaling.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
