We are a well-funded, early-stage fintech startup on a mission to guide the world’s money flows - often called Treasury. We work with some of the most exciting enterprises and are looking to add a Full-Stack Engineer to the team. Are you looking for an opportunity to work on both the frontend and backend, doing high impact work where you get to take ownership of important projects from day one? About Palm engineering
Engineering at Palm today consists of a team of three engineers with diverse engineering and cultural backgrounds. We are located in Amsterdam and Stockholm, mostly working remotely with frequent gatherings in one of our locations or at off-sites where it is warmer and sunnier 🏖️
The engineering team has been working together since November 2023 so there is still a lot of opportunities for high impact work as well as playing an important role in further shaping the engineering organisation and culture.

How will you make an impact?
Write and review a lot of code, embracing the technical challenges you encounter
Collaborate with engineers, designers and founders (they come from Fintech & Treasury!) to understand better what needs to be built and speak up when we are focusing on the wrong things
Design and implement both systems and applications, quickly iterating to validate or pivot from new ideas


Our wish list
3+ years of experience in web development in both frontend and backend
React + TypeScript
Enjoys switching between backend & frontend frequently
Being proactive and love picking up new things
Able to find a good balance between quality and speed of development
Able to collaborate and clearly communicate your ideas
High sense of ownership
Nice to Haves:
Python or Golang
Experience writing tests
Experience with cloud deployments & writing Docker configurations
