Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who is experienced in API Management and integrations to create Microservices for different endpoint systems in the company's ecosystem of experience platforms.

What you'll do:
● Implement tools and technical solution to manage and provide data about their co-workers, in a secure and modern way, to other internal systems and teams.
● Manage expectations among all stakeholders by leading the communication and securing the objectives of business requirements.
● Contribute to the continuous development of standards against which software development should take place as well as exploring and bring in new technologies to boost innovation and development productivity.
● Apply and adhere to good practice software engineering practices (continuous integration, automated tests, code reviews) within an agile/iterative development approach including validation and verification testing.
● Work across initiatives within the company, driving the development of different engineering patterns for different types of solutions.
Who you are:
● Experience in agile development practices, in which requirements and solutions evolve through the collaborative effort of self-organizing cross functional teams.
● Good knowledge of the company's corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people.
● Has worked on both Frontend and Backend Technologies like NextJS, NestJS NodeJS, ReactJS, Typescript.
● Proficiency in data modelling and design, including SQL development and database administration.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
