Senior Software Engineer - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who is experienced in function block-based scripting and programming in high level language, preferably Python coding.

What you'll do:
● Work with one of our powerful features, upgrading our customer cars via OverTheAir (OTA) technology as well as supporting updating of cars with aftermarket tool VIDA.
● Responsible for both designing and verifying the OTA Software Download (SWDL) technologies, on a complete system level.
● Build and maintain a wide personal network within many different system areas of the vehicle, as well as backend systems and customer service departments.
● Help the team with OTA system testing activities in the complete E2E chain, from backend IT systems to car specific installation.
● Work across initiatives within the company, driving the development of different engineering patterns for different types of solutions.
Who you are:
● Have experience from SW system development, testing, troubleshooting, verification and/or integration.
● Have a M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in or equivalent within Electrical, Software Engineering, or similar area of education.
● Have experience in function block-based scripting and programming in high level language, preferably Python coding.
● Proficiency in data modelling and design, including SQL development and database administration.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
