Senior Solution Architect

Solution Management group within CTIO Operations at Tele2 is looking for a Senior Solution Architect with deep Telecom knowledge, mainly in the BSS area.

The group consists of very experienced Solution Architects and Business Analysts that is working in feasibility studies and projects. The areas we work in vary a lot. The main focus is in the BSS area, but also involving the OSS area and different supporting areas such as HR and finance.

Tele2 always strives to find new business opportunities and innovative ways of implementing those in our technology base. This together with the fact that we are a central function supporting all the Tele2 countries secures that we are always working in interesting and challenging assignments within the group.

Responsibilities and duties:
- Responsible for solution design within various projects
- Understand and follow the architecture guidelines and principles
- Design solution changes upon requirements received from the business, projects or other IT systems or solution groups
- Make sure that the solution is aligned with the target architecture and roadmap
- Create and maintain Solution Description documents for the solution areas within the area of responsibility
- Gather requirements in various projects
- Document the requirements and hand them over to the deliver organizations

Competence and experience:
Education
- M.Sc. Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or similar.

Experience
- Experience with complex IT architecture in telecommunication businesses
- Proven track record as a Solution Architect
- Experience in working in large, complex and multi-cultural projects
- Proven track record as a Business Analyst
- Fluency in English and preferably in Swedish
