We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to join our client Predictive Operations team.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and validate an enterprise-level architectural framework that reflects the business's vision and goals.

- Assess and recommend improvements to designs and solutions for various initiatives.

- Contribute to defining an enterprise-level roadmap for initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategies.

- Validate the selection of tools and technologies for different components in implementation projects.

- Understand the current (AS-IS) state of operations, envision the desired (TO-BE) state, identify gaps, and devise strategies to bridge these gaps.

- Oversee implementation processes, providing solutions and suggestions to address challenges and roadblocks.

- Coordinate with stakeholders from different product teams, areas, or domains on business cases.

- Make cost-benefit evaluations before implementation and validate return on investment post-implementation.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in architecting and solutioning, with exceptional design skills and knowledge of enterprise-level processes.

- In-depth understanding of cloud transformations, specifically with Azure and GCP, and familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.

- Solid experience in Test Driven Development (TDD) and a thorough understanding of various testing methodologies, including integration, unit, and functional tests.

- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning models, including experience with Data Science Platforms, Azure ML, Splunk ML, and proficiency in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.

- Comprehensive understanding of data collection, ingestion, monitoring, integration patterns, and contemporary integration methods.

- Familiarity with DevOps and Agile methodologies.

- Excellent communication skills complemented by analytical, technical, and interpersonal abilities.

- Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, consistently delivering cost-effective solutions that align with organizational objectives.

Desirable Qualifications:

- Hands-on experience in planning and implementing large-scale transformational initiatives within major organizations.

- Possession of certifications in various tools and technologies, including Cloud services and Machine Learning.
